Regional Training Officer, Mpumalanga
Job Description
Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Degree with appropriate engineering or science major preferred Chemical engineering Diploma or equivalent 3+ years relevant experience in an engineering environment 3+ years relevant experience in the water treatment industry preferred Preferably experience working with the following water treatment technologies reverse osmosis (RO), ultra-filtration (UF), softening Experience in management / supervision advantageous Must be computer literate and have a basic understanding of OHS Act The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Manage, review, update and develop SOPs and develop / manage training matrix Organize / support and facilitate appropriate training Manage, document & execute planned training observations (PTO) Identify gaps in team competence and identify training needs Site specific training Develop training programmes, and material for new staff Development of training systems Salary: Negotiable To apply email detailed CV and supporting documentation through to
