Regional Training Officer, Mpumalanga

Job Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Degree with appropriate engineering or science major preferred
- Chemical engineering Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years relevant experience in an engineering environment
- 3+ years relevant experience in the water treatment industry preferred
- Preferably experience working with the following water treatment technologies reverse osmosis (RO), ultra-filtration (UF), softening
- Experience in management / supervision advantageous
- Must be computer literate and have a basic understanding of OHS Act
- Manage, review, update and develop SOPs and develop / manage training matrix
- Organize / support and facilitate appropriate training
- Manage, document & execute planned training observations (PTO)
- Identify gaps in team competence and identify training needs
- Site specific training
- Develop training programmes, and material for new staff
- Development of training systems
