1 KEY OUTPUTS
1. Ensure that all sites are covered within the 3 hours standby policy and within cost effectiveness.

4. Ensure all incidents are reported to the relevant ROM and or Contract Manager.
5. Ensure proper investigation and that the correct information and feedback of all incidents are registered correctly on IMS and relayed to the relevant ROM and or Contract Manager.
6. Ensure all incidents are dealt with correctly. Report any deviations to relevant ROM and or Contract Manager.
7. Ensure that all Contract Managers and Supervisors and Command Centre are informed of all types of incidents and the procedures to follow in case of any incident
8. Serves as personnel support to security management and assist in conducting investigations of significant threats and/or the loss or misappropriation of assets
9. Real time U Track It is monitoring, and report all failed patrols to Command to log on CiiMS.
10. Action failed patrols as they occur or on request of relevant management
11. Assist in ensuring U Track Its site equipment remains operational

30. Generate a monthly report on all Site Inspection visits to Contract/ Area and Ops Manager
31. Ensure maintenance of the Operational Site file per site
32. Ensure that all filing per site and all received Ops and HR correspondence are channeled to the relevant Manager
33. Ensure the maintenance document of SPM's
34. Ensure that all sites are equipped with correct IOD documentation and procedures.
35. All sites have timely supply of all site rosters, attendance, and changes to Easy Roster.
36. Ensure all Site equipment remains 100% operational
37. Support the preventative maintenance program to ensure 100% operational status
20. Ensure that all officers are correctly and neatly dressed and ensure that all discrepancies are reported to the relevant Manager
21. Generate a Quarterly Inspection report on all equipment
22. Ensure all Site personnel are trained on all relevant systems
23. Ensure the inspection and maintenance of a monthly OJT program and document all evaluations
24. Support in the monitoring and communicating of cross training programs and the implementation of regular evaluations (actual duties on sites)
25. Ensure that the vehicle is clean and neat when handing over to the next inspector
26. Reporting of all defects on the vehicle, immediately.

29. Implement and maintain the standard Xone confidentiality requirements of all site activities
