Achieve set targets and grow MAN truck sales and market share within the assigned region.
Set, monitor, and report on regional sales targets and performance against agreed KPIs.
Support dealers in developing and executing annual business plans and sales strategies.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring adherence to MAN standards.
Manage the sales relationship between MAN NSC RSA and appointed Private Capital Dealers (PCDs).
Track competitor activity and advise on tactical sales plans.
Actively engage in customer visits and support deal-making activities.
Identify and address sales challenges, implementing corrective action plans.
Coach, mentor, and develop sales teams and dealer staff.
Support PCDs with recruitment, training, mentoring, and retention of sales staff.
Conduct joint customer visits and provide direct sales support where required.
Collaborate with the Head of Truck Sales to align sales strategies with national objectives.
Ensure regional marketing and communication initiatives are effectively implemented.
