Primary duties and responsibilities shall include, but not limited to:
Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers. and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate. new business for the organise products/service services.
Sell company's products and services.
Planning, executing and monitoring all measures necessary to achieve achieving. budget.
Planning all meetings with customers and maintaining and updating daily reports.
Organising and conducting product and related training for current and potential participants and participating in educational opportunities and workshops.
Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Conducting price negotiations and contractual preparation within the limits of in divisional guideline.
Handle the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service team.
Analyse the territory's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
Create and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximising the return on time and money investment for the territory.
Regular reporting to the divisional Manager on the evolution of sales and adaptation of the circumstances of the market.
Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
Participate in trade shows and conventions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, with feedback in the form of formal reports.
Continuously develop and understand new products in order to maximise customer potential through the introduction of new products.
5 -7 years professional experience in Medical Sales, ideally in the area of microsurgery.
Knowledge and experience in the theatre environment.
Knowledge of the medical technology market of Neurosurgery, Spine, ENT, Plastics and Dental.

4. Working conditions & Other Attributes Travel - extensively in South Africa and overseas Flexible between remote work/customers/ Office Area of sales responsibility: Johannesburg , Free State and Northern Cape. Successful candidate will be responsible for the whole Microsurgery portfolio: Neurosurgery, Ophthalmic surgery, ENT surgery, Spine surgery, Plastic and reconstructive surgery (PRS), Dental treatments and Gynecological treatments The candidate needs to be based in JHB or be willing to relocate.
