1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, business administration or related fields.

2. More than 5 years of sales management experience, with experience in the automotive or related industries preferred.

3. Possess the ability to manage teams, expand business and manage customer relationships.

4. Be familiar with sales processes and market analysis methods.

5. Fluent in English, African languages and Zulu, with good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.

1. Be responsible for achieving the sales targets in the assigned area, formulate and implement the regional sales plan.

2. Manage and guide the sales team within the region, including sales specialists, etc., to enhance team performance.

3. Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with distributors, channel partners and key customers.

4. Analyze regional market dynamics, competitors and customer demands, and propose market expansion strategies.

5. Supervise the execution of sales contracts and the customer order process to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

6. Regularly report sales performance, market conditions and potential business opportunities to the headquarters.
