Responsible for sales to new and existing clients in the Eastern Cape through effective management of the Gqeberha sales team.
Develop various strategies to grow sales in each allocated market segment and region.
Responsible for the day to day running of the Gqeberha warehouse.
Work with the related managers within the sales matrix of the business with the ultimate goal of growing the profitability of Fuchs Lubricants South Africa.
Adopt strategies to increase sales and secure new customers across the prescribed territory and market segments.
Visit new and existing customers with sales representatives (or alone where applicable) and offer the best service and advice.
Qualifications and skills we are looking for:
Diploma in Marketing or Technical field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Sales Management position.
An understanding of the general South African lubricant market, competitors as well as product requirements.
Understanding of CRM systems, SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to manage a large and diverse sales team.
