Job Description
A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage their Pharmacy and Detailing Sales Representatives within Johannesburg North regions
- Managing 10 Sales Representatives (Detailing and Pharmacy) within the Johannesburg North regions.
- Analyzing SSD Sales data and measured sales vs targets.
- Analyzing growth over the previous year and the market share data
- Analyzing region by looking at the territory - Market share vs competitors
- Following the companies standard operations procedures in terms of low performance where necessary
- Analysing and use data to divide customers into A,B,C clients
- Lead and mentor staff
- Experience as a Regional Sales Manager, managing Pharmacy and/or Detailing Sales Representatives
- Relevant Degree would be advantageous
- Relationships with Pharmacies, GP's and Specialists within the the Johannesburg regions would be advantageous
