Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Requirements:
  • Grade 12/Matric
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years sales management experience
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience as a successful sales manager, preferably in a regional or territory-focused role
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop new business and account managing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies
  • Results-oriented and driven by a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth Ability to travel within the designated region as needed
