To implement the PEP People Support (HR) strategy in the defined region, through the effective management of the people support function.

Requirements
SKILLS REQUIRED
xe2x97x8f Sound interpersonal skills - building and maintaining culture.
xe2x97x8f Logical reasoning, negotiation, and ability to influence.

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
xe2x97x8f Grade 12 with a relevant Honours degree within the HR Discipline
xe2x97x8f At least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience within a generalist HR Role and CCMA experience
xe2x97x8f Retail knowledge and experience will be an advantage
xe2x97x8f Computer Literate (G. Suite)
xe2x97x8f Valid Code 8 manual drivers license and willingness to undertake extensive traveling
