Regional Manager (western Cape, Cape Town)

Job Description

Job Purpose:
To oversee and drive the performance of multiple branches within the assigned region, ensuring consistent sales growth, operational compliance, customer service and team performance. The Regional Manager plays a critical leadership role in aligning branch teams with company goals, identifying challenges and executing solutions on the ground. Ensure building maintenance and health and safety requirements are in place.
Subordinates:

  • Branch Managers
  • Support staff indirectly (where applicable)
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification (diploma etc.)
  • BCom Management or Relevant degree would be beneficial
  • At least 5 - 8 years experience in a similar management role within the motor industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - especially Excel
  • Experience of managing Profit and Loss, balance sheet and associated financial responsibilities
  • Understanding of procurement
  • Sales and customer interaction experience
