Job Description

Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand our service offering beyond company installations into full commercial plumbing and maintenance contracts.
  • Drive the performance, profitability, and regional growth of the Service & Maintenance business.
  • Identify opportunities, prepare accurate costings and proposals, and secure profitable contracts.
  • Build long-term partnerships with property owners, facilities managers, and contractors.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery -- from scoping and pricing through to resource planning, quality control, and client handover.
  • Motivate, brief, and support plumbing teams to deliver work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • Work closely with internal Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track and report on pipeline, financials, and operational performance for the region.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Qualified plumber or technical background with extensive experience in commercial plumbing.
  • Proven success in managing or running a plumbing or maintenance business.
  • Demonstrable ability to survey, price, and deliver complex commercial projects.
  • Track record of winning new business and securing long-term service contracts with major clients.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Deep understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and cost structures.
  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Based in Gauteng, with a valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Established network of commercial or property-sector contacts in the region (advantageous).
