Regional Manager - Service & Maintenance - Gauteng

Role Purpose: Company is expanding its Service & Maintenance operations to include a full commercial plumbing offering -- moving beyond our own products to become a one-stop partner for clients across the commercial property sector. We are seeking a sales-driven, technically proficient Regional Manager to lead and grow this division in Gauteng. This person will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the business, driving revenue through both existing relationships and new market opportunities.
About the Role: This is a senior, hands-on leadership position responsible for growing our commercial plumbing and maintenance footprint in the Gauteng region. You'll combine your deep technical expertise with strong commercial instincts to win, manage, and deliver contracts for major clients -- from preventive maintenance to large-scale installations.
You'll be part of an innovative and purpose-driven organisation, helping customers achieve sustainability goals through water-saving technology while expanding into broader building services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Expand our service offering beyond company installations into full commercial plumbing and maintenance contracts.
• Drive the performance, profitability, and regional growth of the Service & Maintenance business.
• Identify opportunities, prepare accurate costings and proposals, and secure profitable contracts.
• Build long-term partnerships with property owners, facilities managers, and contractors.
• Manage end-to-end delivery -- from scoping and pricing through to resource planning, quality control, and client handover.
• Motivate, brief, and support plumbing teams to deliver work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Work closely with internal Operations, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Track and report on pipeline, financials, and operational performance for the region.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Qualified plumber or technical background with extensive experience in commercial plumbing.
• Proven success in managing or running a plumbing or maintenance business.
• Demonstrable ability to survey, price, and deliver complex commercial projects.
• Track record of winning new business and securing long-term service contracts with major clients.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Deep understanding of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and cost structures.
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Based in Gauteng, with a valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
• Established network of commercial or property-sector contacts in the region (advantageous).
