One of South Africa's leading furniture and appliance
retailers has the following vacancy:
REGIONAL MANAGER
Trans Natal Region
Key Requirements
? Minimum of 3 years' experience in a managerial position
? Minimum of 5 years' experience in all areas of the Branch (sales, stock, credit, expenses and people management)
? A sound knowledge of the South African Labour Legislation and practical experience with regards to instituting and executing discipline
? A sound knowledge of the National Credit Act
? Must have a valid driver's license
? Must have a Matric / Grade 12 educational qualification
Key Outputs
? Achieve Regional sales objectives
? Plan and balance stock in all branches within agreed budgets
? Achieve highest standards of shop displays and general housekeeping in all branches
? Achieve Regional accounts objectives by controlling the Debtor book and creating sound Credit
? Ensure prevention of stock losses by administering of all security measures and controls in branches
? Control expenses in all branches throughout the Region
? Ensure customer service gets the highest priority and customer complaints are sorted out immediately
? Ensure that staff training gets priority in all branches
? Perform regular branch inspections
? Ensure that vehicles are controlled and managed properly
? Ensure that all branches are fully staffed and that good communication systems are in place throughout the Region.
This position will require travelling and if needed, to sleep out from time to time.

Pay: R15000,00 - R17000,00 per month
