Regional Manager – Limpopo (motor Industry)

Job Description
Our client, in the automotive parts industry, is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multiple branches in the Limpopo region.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the upkeep, performance and management of multiple branches within the region.
- Enforce BSOP standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review operational and financial reports to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Branch Managers and Senior Management.
- Address and resolve stock control, warehouse and operational issues efficiently.
- Oversee branch inventory and security, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
- Ensure smooth, profitable and compliant branch operations at all times.
- Develop and implement sales, operational and customer service strategies to drive growth.
- Provide strong leadership, guidance and support to the branch teams.
- Minimum 7 years experience in the motor industry
- Proven experience managing multiple branches or a large region.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Sound business and financial acumen.
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within the region.
