Description
The Motor Industry Bargaining Council (MIBCO) was established in 1952 and is one of the largest bargaining councils in South Africa, with 350 staff members who serve 19 000 employers and 300 000 employees in the South African Motor Industry. The Council operates through its Shared Services Centre in Randburg, Gauteng and 6 Regional Offices countrywide.
The Bargaining Council represents two employers' organizations and two trade unions who are the Parties to the Council and administers a range of collective agreements concluded by the Parties. Operations cover a wide range of issues related to the promotion of labour peace and stability, social security funds, dispute resolution and related matters.
The Council is seeking to employ a Regional Manager for the Kwazulu Natal Region (Pinetown). The Kwazulu Natal region covers the Richards Bay Satelite Office.
