Job Description
Delthorn is looking to fill a permanent position for a Regional Manager position in a successful retail butchery chain.
The following criteria must be met by candidates applying for the above position:
- A minimum of 5 xe2x80x93 10 years of Butchery experience, and previous experience in a Regional position will be an advantage
- Be a self-starter and successfully manage multiple Stores and workforce
- Problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Developing Company Strategies and growing sales while controlling expenses
- Improving Customer Service, Drive store Sales, and increase profitability
- Be able to achieve high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising
- Have good to advanced computer skills, excel, word, internet
- Have contactable references
- Clean sober habits
- Must have a valid driverxe2x80x99s licence
