Job Summary A Regional HR Manager (preferably EE Female) vacancy exists in the Pretoria region where our transport client is based and will be reporting to the Personnel Services Executive. Applications are invited from suitably qualified preferably EE Female candidates to fill this role. Must have minimum 7 years' experience in transport or motor industry. The following information should be included: o Company size and payroll size (including the split between salaried and weekly) o Number of direct reports o The reasons for any job changes JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal applicant will possess the following: - o Grade 12 or equivalent academic qualification. o Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management (additional legal and/or financial qualification will be an added advantage). Post degree qualification will be an added advantage. o More than seven (7) years relevant HR experience in a unionised HR environment, preferably transport or motor industry, of which at least five years have been in a managerial position. o Valid Code 08 (EB) drivers' license. o Proficient in MS Office (Advanced level). o Knowledge of computerised systems such as HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance systems will be required. o Knowledge of applicable legislation and Main Agreements. KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of the bus passenger industry. Detailed knowledge of Wage Determination 452, BCEA, LRA and other legislation. Human Resources and Payroll Administration & Information Systems.
