Duties & Responsibilities
Translate divisional People Strategy into a regional plan aligned with business priorities.
Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning, labour optimisation, and organisational effectiveness.
Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and frontline leadership development.
Oversee employee relations, CCMA representation, and compliance with labour legislation.
Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and Tsebo's values-driven culture.
Support Employment Equity and Diversity initiatives.
Ensure HR operational excellence, accurate reporting, and adoption of digital HR tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
Honours or postgraduate qualification (preferred).
6-8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years at HR Manager or Regional HR Partner level
Strong background in labour-intensive service industries (cleaning, security, hospitality, facilities).
Proven expertise in employee relations, CCMA representation, and HR partnering.
* Experience managing multi-site or distributed workforces.
