A globally recognized organization operating in the health and development space is seeking a Regional Head of Finance, Supply Chain & Operations to lead its multi-country African operations. With a commitment to improving lives through sustainable and innovative programs, the organization partners with local governments, global donors, and community-based structures to deliver impactful services.
As the Regional Head of Finance, you will report directly to the Global Executive and take ownership of finance, supply chain, and operational functions across several African markets. Your role will include financial strategy, regulatory compliance, budget and forecast management, donor reporting, procurement leadership, and team development. You will also play a key role in business performance planning, internal controls, and stakeholder engagement -- ensuring operational alignment with financial sustainability.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Qualified CA(SA) or equivalent professional designation
- 10+ years in senior finance leadership, with regional Africa exposure
- Experience managing multi-country finance operations and donor-funded programs
- Strong background in supply chain, procurement, and operational oversight
- Systems knowledge: SAP, Sage, OneStream, or similar ERP systems
- Proven leadership in team development and cross-functional collaboration
- Exposure to health, development, NGO/NPO, or similar sectors will be advantageous
