Fedics Healthwise, a leader in wellness-driven food services, is seeking a visionary and experienced Regional Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations across multiple Healthcare key sites. This is a strategic leadership role for a culinary professional who thrives in the Contract Catering Industry and is passionate about health, nutrition, and innovation.
As the Regional Executive Chef, you will lead and inspire culinary teams across the region, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, nutritious meals that align with Healthwise standards. You'll play a key role in menu development, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee culinary operations across multiple Healthwise sites within the region.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop site-based chefs and kitchen teams.
  • Ensure all food offerings meet nutritional, quality, and presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with operations and dietetics teams to design innovative, health-focused menus.
  • Drive compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations (HACCP, ISO, etc.).
  • Manage food costs, supplier relationships, and kitchen efficiencies.
  • Support business development through culinary presentations and client engagement.
Skills and Competencies
  • Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and develop culinary teams across multiple locations.
  • Food Safety & Compliance: Deep knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and healthcare-specific hygiene protocols.
  • Menu Innovation: Experience designing health-conscious, therapeutic, and culturally appropriate menus.
  • Financial Acumen: Budgeting, cost control, and supplier management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role within the Contract Catering industry.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Deep understanding of nutrition, wellness trends, and dietary requirements.
  • Culinary qualification and food safety certification.
  • Previous experience within the Healthcare Industry.
