What You Will Work On

Conduct a gap analysis to compare current vendor compliance against ISO and internal journey management standards Support the documentation process, collecting, reviewing, and filing vendor compliance materials (licenses, insurance, certifications, etc.) Assist in mapping out compliance status across core countries, non-core countries, and vendor networks Coordinate with vendors to obtain missing documents and update records to ensure alignment with compliance requirements Monitor and track progress of vendor compliance projects, reporting regularly to the JM Manager Assist in standardising and updating compliance-related processes, checklists, and templates Support audits and reviews by maintaining well-organised compliance databases Provide administrative support to the Ops QAQC coordinator as needed Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities in compliance, health & safety, and standards management

Who You Will Work With

Africa JM Manager, Senior Analyst and Ops QAQC roles in the Cape Town Ops Centre Controllers and journey management teams Vendors and service providers across multiple countries Compliance and HSE leads overseeing ISO and standards implementation Management teams responsible for vendor performance and client delivery

What You Will Bring

Entry-level background, ideally with a speciality/interest in compliance, health & safety, or standards management Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage large volumes of documentation and follow structured processes Good communication skills, confident in liaising with vendors and internal staff Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of assigned projects Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when necessary Interest in developing knowledge of ISO standards and vendor compliance processes

Education

Recent graduate or currently studying towards a Diploma/Certificate in Compliance, Health & Safety, Risk Management, or related field * No prior work experience required, but any exposure to compliance or administrative roles will be an advantage
