What will you do?



Develop new sales opportunities and address the needs of major accounts. Build a robust, profitable project pipeline through channel partners and end-users. Manage monthly orders, sales performance, and weekly backlog for assigned accounts. Create and execute plans to convert customers from competitors, emphasizing Schneider Electric's value proposition. Gather business intelligence on pricing, competition, product positioning, and channel partners. Act as a consultant and trusted advisor, providing technical expertise across Schneider Electric's product range. Prepare strategic proposals and manage orders to meet customer expectations. Negotiate pricing and analyse market conditions to improve margins. Foster strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Proven ability to build and execute account plans for profitable growth. Results-driven, with a strong understanding of end-market and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications:

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?



Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a Trade-tested Electrical Higher National Diploma (minimum N3); a business administration degree is advantageous. 5-10 years of relevant sales experience in Electrical Distributors/Wholesalers.
