Job Summary
Candidate Research: You will be responsible for researching and sourcing information on prospective candidates from a range of external and internal databases, deep web searching, social media and other means and ensuring that all information is managed appropriately.
Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process in accordance with the requirements of the business briefs.
Seek out talent across a variety of online platforms, such as LinkedIn, where they can communicate with a broad pool of candidates and potential candidates.
