Lead and guide HR Business Partners to deliver effective HR support.
Provide advice to managers and team members on HR matters like recruitment, performance, and employee relations.
Partner with line managers to build a strong, high-performing workplace culture.
Lead HR projects and change initiatives across the company.
Improve and update HR policies and processes.
Use HR data and reports to identify trends and improve decision-making.
Support employee wellbeing through creative and engaging initiatives.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Deliver HR training sessions and workshops when needed.
What We're Looking For
HR qualification (completed or in progress).
Valid driver's licence.
At least 5 years of HR management or supervisory experience.
Between 3 - 5 Years
