Job SummaryRecruitment Consultant - East Rand, Gauteng - Basic + commAre you a driven and experienced recruiter ready to take the lead in matching top talent with top opportunities?PRR Recruitment Services, based in the East Rand, is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team!This role is primarily focused on recruitment - managing client relationships, sourcing top candidates, developing new business, and driving successful placements. You'll also provide support with CV formatting and job ad placement to ensure a smooth and professional process.

• Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Building and managing strong relationships with clients and candidates
• New Business Development - identifying and securing new clients
• Posting job adverts on relevant platforms
• Typing and formatting CVs for client submission
• Coordinating interviews and providing feedback
• Keeping candidate and client records accurate and up to date
• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the process

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1-2 years' recruitment experience (agency background preferred)
• Strong new business development or sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working with both clients and candidates
• Strong attention to detail with good admin skills (CVs, job ads, etc.)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to multitask
• Computer literate and comfortable using recruitment platforms
