We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with sourcing candidates.
- Scheduling and organizing interviews.
- Posting and updating job descriptions on career websites and social platforms.
- Assisting in screening resumes and application forms.
- Updating the tracking database of candidates.
- Participating in job fairs and career events.
- Building relationships with potential future hires.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and organizational skills.
2. Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred but not essential.
3. Excellent knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies.
4. Proficiency with MS Office and database management.
5. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
7. Own laptop a must.
