Requirements:
Matric and a relevant qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years' experience in HR, recruitment, or admin support
Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Sage 300)
Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
People-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills
Able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and take initiative
Basic understanding of South African labour laws
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Human Capital Talent team
Assist with audits of HC documents and data
Accurately prepare monthly HC reports, including headcount info
Process HC-related invoices
Schedule employee probation discussions
Post job advertisements on internal and external job boards, including LinkedIn
Conduct initial telephone screening of candidates based on job specifications
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams
Prepare interview packs and support hiring managers with documentation and logistics
Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate pipelines
Coordinate onboarding documentation, including personal details, qualifications, and bank information.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate records
Track recruitment data and metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, status reports)
Ensure all data is handled securely and in compliance with company policies
Assist with planning and execution of recruitment events or job fairs
Maintain Human Capital templates (e.g., interview invites, regret letters)
Support probation tracking and Human Capital document follow-ups
