I run a boutique, pay-for-result job search service for senior professionals (execs, sales leaders, operators). I'm hiring South Africa-based assistants to help source roles, customize resumes and manage applications for our clients.
Responsibilities
Source suitable roles on LinkedIn/Indeed/company sites based on each client's target titles, industries and location/remote preferences.
Tailor resumes and basic cover letters for each approved role using provided templates.
Submit applications on clients' behalf via job boards, company portals and email.
Perform
two structured follow-ups
per application (email/LinkedIn/portal).
Keep an accurate tracking sheet of roles, dates, statuses and follow-ups.
Provide simple weekly updates on activity and results.
Requirements
Based in
South Africa
with reliable internet.
Excellent written English and professional communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
Comfortable with Google Docs/Sheets and major job boards.
Experience in recruitment, virtual assistance, or resume/LinkedIn work is a plus.
Able to overlap at least
4 hours/day
with U.S. time zones.
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: R120,00 - R140,00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
