Successful US-based boutique executive-search firm specializing in the wealth management and financial services industry seeks a Recruiter to support its growing recruiting operations.
This fully remote role will collaborate directly with US-based recruiters to assist with sourcing, screening, scheduling, and maintaining candidate data within the firm's applicant-tracking system.
Highlights
Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination for open searches
Manage scheduling and communication between candidates and recruiters
Maintain organized and accurate candidate records within the applicant-tracking system
Review and assess inbound applicants for fit with current opportunities
Participate in building and maintaining candidate pipelines
Competitive compensation: ZAR 35,000 - 50,000 per month + performance-based bonuses

Requirements
2-5+ years recruiting or talent-sourcing experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and processes
Comfortable working remotely with US teams and hours
