Weve got a position available for an uninsured recoveries consultant
Company: King Price
Purpose of position:
Recovering damages and excesses from uninsured third parties.
Responsibilities:
- Managing client and third-party expectations
- Dealing with client and third-party queries in a professional way and in alignment with our company values
- Initiating new recovery claims
- Assessing the merits and quantum of claims received
- Negotiating settlement agreements with third parties
- Matric (essential)
- Relevant legal recoveries experience
- Having a solid understanding of the claims philosophy and the application thereof
- Live out the King Price values
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Tolerance for stress
- Target driven
- Excellent negotiation, objection- and conflict handling skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the job and the company
- Organized, punctual and excellent time management skills
