We've got a position available for an uninsured recoveries consultant

Recovering damages and excesses from uninsured third parties.
Responsibilities:
Managing client and third-party expectations Dealing with client and third-party queries in a professional way and in alignment with our company values Initiating new recovery claims Assessing the merits and quantum of claims received Negotiating settlement agreements with third parties
Requirements:
Matric (essential) Relevant legal recoveries experience Having a solid understanding of the claims philosophy and the application thereof
Skills and Attributes:
Live out the King Price values Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Tolerance for stress Target driven Excellent negotiation, objection- and conflict handling skills Enthusiastic and passionate about the job and the company Organized, punctual and excellent time management skills
