Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across bank accounts, payment systems, and internal ledgers Investigate discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve issues Maintain accurate records of reconciliation activities and escalate aged items Support the month-end and year-end close processes with accurate reconciled data Liaise with external providers (banks, payment platforms) where required Collaborate with internal teams such as Accounts Receivable, Payables, Treasury, and IT Assist in implementing automation and process improvements in reconciliation workflows Support internal and external audit requirements
What We're Looking For:
Experience in reconciliation, finance operations, or similar analytical finance roles Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and attention to detail Knowledge of reconciliation tools and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Netsuite, Xero - or similar) Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills AAT, part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, or equivalent experience (desirable)
