Job Summary Hospitality and Outdoor - New Vacancy - Receptionist/Guest Services Officer Boutique Lodge - Nelspruit, Mpumalanga Requirements o Grade 12 o Strong computer literacy o Must have experience with Apply Below, NightsBridge and other platforms o Must have strong administrative and organizational skills o Must be a warm people's person o Must have experience in taking payments, phone calls and dealing with emails o Be an excellent communicator and assist with all correspondence o Process all check ins and check outs, deal with queries and assist guests on premises o Assist in managing housekeeping staff and oversee room service operations if Owner and Manager are not available o Must live in Nelspruit o Be prepared to work flexible hours when needed o Be prepared to sleep over at the establishment when the owner is not there o Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable transport to accommodate changes in working hours when required Package on Offer Salary: R 15 000 pm DOE (Live out) Starting Date: ASAP
