The Receptionist at Toro Lodge serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, professional, and efficient service throughout the guest journey. This role is responsible for managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and guest inquiries, processing payments, and coordinating communication between departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Minimum Requirements
Previous front-office or reception experience in hospitality.
Strong communication and administrative skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office, PMS systems).
Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
Manage reservations, confirmations, and guest correspondence.
Answer calls and emails promptly and courteously.
Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.
Maintain an accurate record of guest information and billing.
Handle guest requests and concerns with care and discretion.
