Requirements:
Key Responsibilities::
Serve as the initial, professional point of contact for all incoming calls and inquiries. Masterfully direct calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring a seamless transfer of communication. Handle all incoming communications with a consistently professional and articulate telephone manner. Efficiently take and relay accurate messages, ensuring no critical information is missed.
Essential Skills & Experience::
Proven experience in a receptionist, call-handling, or high-volume customer service role is essential. Exceptional spoken English with a clear, professional, soft, or neutral accent. Demonstrably strong communication and active listening skills. The ability and comfort to work standard UK hours (Monday-Friday) from your remote location.
