Job Description
Job Summary We're recruiting a Customer Success Manager with Business Process Management (BPM) software experience who has successfully worked in fully remote roles supporting international clients.
This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in South Africa.
Clients operate across the US, Australia, and Ireland, so comfortable working across time zones is essential.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in BPM or process-driven SaaS environments
- Has a strong remote work track record with measurable client outcomes
- Can manage onboarding, adoption, renewals, and escalations end-to-end
- Communicates with clarity, confidence, and excellent written and verbal English
