HEADLINE KEY RESULT AREAS:
Execution of Administrative and Secretarial Duties
Ensure that all visitors sign the visitor's register
Liaise with visitors and provide a courteous and informative service to all visitors.
Take direct action regarding private and confidential mail.
Communication and Engagement of Stakeholders
Screen calls for the division, answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate person.
Report any interruptions or problems to the service provider and ensure feedback.
File copies of all reports
Placing work orders and requisitions
To manage service level agreements for daily office maintenance and management Manage media and community and other stakeholder's perceptions.
Generate transport requests to security
Generate airport pick up and drop offs.
Manage schedule daily and allocation.
Ensure efficient switchboard operations.
Ensure efficient reception duties.
