The role of the receptionist focuses on greeting clients, managing the front desk and performing support tasks.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Valid Matric
Valid Driver's License
Own transport
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Proven experience as receptionist or similar administrative role
Strong communicative skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
The ability to multitask and remain resourceful when issues arise
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00-16:00
Working Hours: Saturday from 9:00-12:00
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend to incoming telephone calls
Attend to walk-in customers
Attend to incoming customer email enquiries
Transaction filing
General customer service
Online regional marketing
