Maintain a professional image in the reception area and have the responsibility of managing inbound and outbound phone calls
Welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
Monitor visitor access when required
Arrange internal and external meetings,
Responsible for tracking office inventory, supplies, and maintaining all items in an organized manner
Maintain relationships with delivery vendors
Provide general administrative support
Assist with SETA Administration and Training
Support with listing items in Arch Enterprise
Perform filing, document management, and Excel-based reporting tasks
Contribute to broader administrative work, ensuring smooth office operations
Role requirements
Matric (grade 12)
A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative support role (advantageous)
Essential Skills
A good administrative track record
Excellent phone demeanour and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
Customer service-centric attitude, comfort in greeting employees and visitors at the reception
Computer literate- proficiency in MS Office and excel skills
Ability to exercise good judgment on highly sensitive and confidential matters
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines (within a fast-paced environment)
Upbeat, creative, fun, and an open to learning mindset
Willingness to take on additional administrative responsibilities beyond reception duties
