This role serves as the primary interface between Bayport, its customers and employees. This role requires a high level of professionalism and courtesy, that leaves a good impression and builds upon a solid reputation about our brand. Being the first point of contact for Bayport, receptionists are responsible for routing incoming calls, addressing visitor inquiries and providing an overall welcoming environment. This oftentimes includes performing ad hoc administrative duties as and when needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Matric and/or relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1+ years experience in a customer service-related role
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Possess strong verbal and written communications skills
A strong and proven ability to multi-task and prioritize issues
Proficiency in Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 1+ year's experience in the financial services sector
* 2+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Receptionist
