Job Description


To provide a reception service and general office support, as well as undertakes clerical
activities and tasks.
This post reports to ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Key Responsibility Areas

  • Provides a reception service for the unit by attending to visitors, calls and general
enquiries.
  • Records all outgoing mail and maintain the work schedule of the Driver /
Messenger.
  • Maintains the bookings for boardroom facilities for meetings and training and
ensure that all equipment is in order.
  • Manages access to the unit library and management of library material.

Essential Requirements
  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
  • Valid motor vehicle driving license.
  • 3 Months relevant experience.
  • Computer Literacy
Preferred Requirements
  • 6 Months relevant experience.
