Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Receptionist to deliver high-quality workplace management services, ensuring all documented controls are implemented and maintained. This role serves as the front office representative for the client, managing guest interactions and overseeing the cleanliness and readiness of the facility including meeting rooms, demo rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, stationery, and general office operations.

Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service
Ensure high levels of customer service from Tsebo and service providers
Resolve complaints promptly and escalate when necessary
Monitor daily facility operations and suggest improvements
Report daily to the Senior Receptionist Supervisor
Operational Management
Manage cleaning schedules and ensure facility readiness
Coordinate events and ensure COVID protocols are followed
Implement and document workplace improvements
Operate and monitor telecommunications systems
Attend regular meetings and propose operational enhancements
Reporting
Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Track complaints, compliments, attendance, and incidents
Report on telecommunications usage and stationery consumption
Handle confidential incident reporting professionally

Qualifications
Grade 12; tertiary qualification in Hospitality preferred
2-3 years in a front-of-house hospitality or customer service role
* Experience in reception, concierge, and soft services (cleaning, hygiene, security, indoor plants)
