Receptionist
, where you'll play a key role in managing front-desk operations to ensure seamless office functionality and outstanding client service.
Key duties:
Greet and assist visitors, tenants, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
Answer, screen, and route phone calls, addressing inquiries or directing to the appropriate team members.
Maintain a warm, courteous, and responsive environment for clients and tenants.
Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized and well-presented.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers and packages.
Coordinate and manage boardroom bookings with efficiency and precision.
Record external clients' fingerprints for criminal background checks.
Handle additional ad-hoc tasks and requirements as needed.
Required Skills and Qualities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume switchboard environment.
