ROLE SUMMARY:

A high level of professionalism when receiving visitors and interacting with staff, parents and students Excellent command of the English language (oral and written) and attention to detail Ability to work accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines Be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and creative Be proactive, reliable and manage priorities Maintain confidentiality at all times Advanced computer literacy skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide a warm, articulate and accurate service Manage day-to-day telephonic and e-mail communication Assist students, parents and staff as and when required Attend to all courier deliveries, collections and arrangements Update SA Sams Compile and distribute the weekly Newsletter Provide assistance to other Admin staff as and when required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Must have a minimum of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role Advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office)
