Answer all incoming calls to switchboard and direct call accordingly. Take and convey messages accurately to the relevant employee
Maintain a clean and neat reception area
Receive and assist clients/visitors in a friendly professional manner
Ensure all visitors/clients are signed in upon arrival
Ensure relevant sale reps and/or colleagues are notified accordingly
Assist clients who are paying cash and / or paying by card and ensure it is logged correctly, and the information is to be handed over to the accounts / admin department.
