Key Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the telecoms or tech industry.

Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Experience with account management,
billing processes, and supplier/customer administration.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities
with the ability
to work under
pressure in a fast-paced
environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with telecoms billing systems is a plus).

A proactive, team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
