Job Description


A well-established company in the Financial Industry is looking for a young, dynamic, and computer-literate Receptionist with a strong personality to join their team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls and assist walk-in customers
Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
Assist with sales and customer inquiries
Process transactions and maintain registers
Perform general administrative tasks and provide team support
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) REQUIRED
Qualification in an administrative field (advantageous)
Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Salary: Starting at R8,000 per month
