RECEPTIONIST - AESTHETIC & LASER CLINIC
DURBAN (KZN) - South Africa
STARTING DATE: 09 March 2026
REPORTS to: Owner
EMPLOYEMENT TERMS: Full Time Employment
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:030am - 17:00pm
- Saturday 08:30am - 12:30pm (Saturdays rotate / 2x Saturdays OFF per month)
- CLOSED Sundays & Major Public Holidays
- R12,000 - R15,000 per month (Based on desired experience)
- Performance-based Incentives
- Certification in Office Administration / Personal Assistance or Business Administration
- Experience working Reception in a client facing environment of an Aesthetic Clinic or Medical Practice
- Knowledge of Aesthetic Devices, Aesthetic Treatments and LASER Therapies
- Confident and proficient in delivering professional administrative services
- Computer confident including ESP Software for bookings & report systems
- MS Office confident (Outlook, etc)
- Ability to manage a busy front of house and perform daily duties (including Cash Up, Client Welcome & Liaison, Bookings, Inventory & Stock take, Dealing with suppliers, etc).
- Beautifully groomed & well presented, the face of the business
- Exceptional guest/patient relations
- Social Media (Facebook / Canva etc.) confident
- Able to communicate confidently and professionally on WhatsApp & E-mail
