A dynamic Company is seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager to lead, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team by driving sales performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering excellent client service in line with industry and company standards. .
Position Area: Parow/Western Cape
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of real estate sales agents
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales agents
Ensure compliance with PPRA (Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority) requirements and company policies
Oversee property listings, marketing initiatives, and client negotiations
Support agents with valuations, mandates, offers to purchase, and closing of deals
Maintain strong relationships with sellers, buyers, developers, and stakeholders
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to guide sales strategies
Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of sales activities
Uphold ethical standards and professionalism across the sales team
